Volunteer Opportunity
The Women’s Studies Program is seeking happy helpers to assist with its upcoming 31st Annual All-University Conference. The Conference is open to the public, scheduled for Thursday, April 16, from 6-9pm and Friday, April 17, from 8-6pm in the Student Union Building, (Upper Level) and Saturday, April 18, from 9-6pm. You can volunteer for one hour or more as your schedule permits.

Volunteer Positions

  • Volunteers are needed to assist with a variety of activities such as; registration monitor, technical monitor, session time monitor, greeters/guides, ushers/ticket takers, etc. This opportunity is highly beneficial to those students in need of building their resume.
  • We will work with you, even if you can only provide us an hour of your day. You do not have to commit to the whole time frame and there is not a limit to the amount of time you spend with us.

Note: All current and future volunteers are asked to attend one of the two training sessions. If you cannot attend one of these training sessions please contact us to review the position you are interested in volunteering.

  • Registration for the training session is FREE. You only need to attend one session. Please go to the link provided and click on "schedule of events" on the left side of the page to find the event and register. For non-TTU personnel please contact the Teaching, Learning, and Professional Development Center (TLPDC) at (806) 742-0133 to register.
