I am Tara Welborne, a PhD candidate in the IE department. I am reaching out to each of you for your participation in my full scale survey on virtuality in engineering teams. The survey, which is found at the following link https://qtrial2014.az1.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_2l53FTpurEorO05, should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
Participation in this survey is voluntary and anonymous. Once you complete the survey in its entirety, you may choose to be entered for a chance to win a $25 Amazon gift card, with an estimated 1/25 chance of winning. Your responses will be protected and not distributed. Section I of the survey is seeking background information to garner more information for the researchers regarding the configuration of the team. Sections II, III, and IV will measure the team’s dynamics and outcomes. If a question does not apply to the team they've participated in, the answer may be that they either “disagree” or “strongly disagree”.
