Following the Diversity Leadership Institute, students will serve as quasi-expert panel guests of a town-hall forum on the diversity topic at hand. Prior to the panel discussion students will submit an essay stating a) 3 things learned from participating in the institute, b) 1 commitment to effecting change on TTU’s campus related to the diversity topic addressed, and c) 1 way that the institute might be improved for future participants. Students will present this essay to town hall participants and then invite Q&A from the audience. A certificate of completion will be awarded to each participant.
