For the first time in Lubbock, law enforcement and minority community leaders sit down together to answer the tough questions regarding the relationship between police and racial minorities.
The increasing tensions between these groups have led to a critical need for constructive dialogue. This forum will provide unbiased discourse and perspectives from all sides of the spectrum
