A flash flood warning has been issued for Lubbock County, including the Texas Tech campus, until 4:45 p.m. May 28.
Flooding is occurring near and around the Texas Tech campus. Please avoid low-lying areas, especially those prone to flooding, and do not drive into flooded roadways or areas.
