University Student Housing has been implementing customer service based on the Disney Quality Service model since 2009. We have seen a positive impact on the work environment, the satisfaction of students, and overall customer service. Everyone has the opportunity to create Tech Magic no matter their role at the institution. This session will explore ways to incorporate quality service into your work and teach you how to create Tech Magic for our students.
