Dr. Charters, a distinguished wine business scholar, will address these questions and talk about consumer engagement with wine based on examples from Champagne and Burgundy.
Dr. Charters currently serves as the Director of Research in the School of Wine and Spirits Business in Dijon, France. Previously he was Professor of Champagne Management at Reims Management School in France. Dr. Charters is also one of only 340 members in the world of the Institute of Masters of Wine.
