To ensure the safety of those attending the Carol of Lights, please be advised of parking and traffic restrictions that will be in place prior to, and during, the annual event.
All vehicles parked in the R08 lot (Science Quad) will need to be removed no later than 5:30pm tomorrow (Tuesday, December 1, 2015.) Any vehicles remaining in this lot will be relocated.
Vehicular access to the streets around Memorial Circle will also be restricted beginning shortly after 5:30pm. This will include access to the Engineering Key and Memorial Circle, as well portions of Broadway and Akron Ave. Those wishing to drive on campus between 6:00pm - 8:00pm should plan to avoid the Memorial Circle/ Will Rogers areas of campus. Traffic on the east side of campus is advised to travel down University Ave.
Both the R08 Lot and streets will reopen for traffic following the conclusion of the Carol of Lights.
Individuals wishing to attend the Carol of Lights are encouraged to park in the Commuter North lot (west of the Jones AT&T stadium). Additional parking may be available in lots throughout campus with ADA parking available in the R1 parking lot off of 15th St. Please verify parking lot hours via posted signs in each lot. Parking is not available in any residence hall "Z" parking lot.
