On Dec. 4 from 5:00-7:00 pm (come and go) the International Cultural Center of TTU will host a reception for their 15th annual juried photo show "High and Dry: Peoples and Places of the World's Dry Lands." Seventy-four images by photographers across the US were selected to be in this year's exhibit. Juror: Miguel Gandert. No fee.
