Property Rights, Customary Law and the Frontier: The Not So Wild, Wild West?
The Free Market Institute (FMI) and the Institute for Humane Studies (IHS) at George Mason University present Liberty and the American West, a weekend seminar that will take place in the Jerry S. Rawls College of Business Administration at Texas Tech University on February 5-6, 2016.

The program will feature lectures and discussions on topics related to the history and development of the American West. Registration is free and open to all members of the Texas Tech University community and includes all scheduled lectures, program materials, meals and receptions during the program.
