If you are a student majoring in LAW, MASS COMMUNICATIONS, HISTORY, POLITICAL SCIENCE, or CLASSICAL & MODERN LANGUAGES and LITERATURES, and if you have a deep interest in international relations and can illustrate some type of involvement or tangible contribution to this area of activity, this scholarship might be for you. Awardees must agree with the philosophical ideals of the United Nations and have financial need. This scholarship will be awarded for the academic year beginning August 2016. Deadline: March 2, 2016 at the International Cultural Center (by 5:00 p.m.).
You must provide the following: TRANSCRIPTS; THREE LETTERS of RECOMMENDATION; a TYPED STATEMENT that DISCUSSES YOUR INTEREST in INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS and the UNITED NATIONS; CAREER OBJECTIVES; and a cover sheet giving your name, address, telephone number, email, R#, and major field of study. There is not an application form.
