Bring your used bicycle to Transportation & Parking Services or a designated drop-off area and get a parking citation dismissed for free!
Bicycle donations assist the department with abandoned bicycle collections and beautifying campus. Donated bicycles in working condition or needing minor repairs will be used for the annual TPS Bike Sale, which sells used, abandoned bicycles with new U-locks and registration for $40 (the cost of the U-lock).
Bicycles must be adult-sized bicycles, have all parts (including pedals, chain, etc.), and you must be able to prove ownership of the bicycle through one of two ways: (1) the bicycle is registered to you through TPS bicycle registration, or (2) bring your lock with your bicycle and demonstrate you have the key or combination to the lock.
Donation sites and times are available:
- Tuesday, May 17 – 2-4 p.m. – Hulen (in small lot north of building, across from Burkhart Center)
- Monday, May 9 - Friday, May 20 – 7:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. – TPS Office (407 Flint)
