STUDENT NEEDED: Maintenance Area of Hospitality Services!
Basic Requirements/Responsibilities for a maintenance student assistant:
• Must have a valid Texas driver's license for at least 2 years and be at least 18 years of age
• Run errands
• Perform basic maintenance repairs
• Keep equipment storage organized and inventoried
• Move small appliances around, as needed
• Check rooftop drains, attic drains, and basement drains once a month
• Must be comfortable on ladders and high places
• Work hours are flexible (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm)
