GEOG 1401 fulfills a Science core credit. Physical Geography is an environmental science. This course teaches you how people interact with our natural environment. This class teaches you about climate: storms, Global climate change and natural hazards. It also teaches you about the physical environment: why do we have mountains, rivers, deserts and beaches. The course is taught TR 3:30-4:50 and several lab sections are spread throughout the week.
