The University Studies Program is looking to hire one graduate student for a teaching/research assistantship. The position will begin as soon as possible.
Requirements/Qualifications:
All students receiving an assitantship are required to be enrolled as a full-time graduate student (9 hours).
Excellent communication skills- ability to work well with staff, instructors, & students, both on phones & face-to-face; excellent computer skills.
Proficient with the Blackboard system and grading; Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook); personable; strong organizational skills; detail-oriented: and able to work as a team or be a self-starter on projects. Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week around class schedule.
