The Center for Research in Leadership and Education in the TTU College of Education is looking to hire one student assistant to assist with research related responsibilities as assigned by the Proyecto EL SMEd Grant Principal Investigator and personnel. The position will begin as soon as possible.

Description/Duties: Assist the Principal Investigator with research related to science and mathematics education for English Language Learners; work under moderate supervision; data collection, video recording of study participants, analyzing video data, transcribing, data entry, and/or other tasks assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications: 
Excellent communication skills- ability to work well with staff, instructors, & students; excellent computer skills; Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); personable; strong organizational skills; detail-oriented: and able to work as a team or be a self-starter on projects; must be able to work 20 hours per week around class schedule. English and Spanish proficiency required.
