Programs that provide retention and academic support for students are an integral part of reaching these goals.
Since 2002, Mentor Tech has matched TTU/TTUHSC students with caring faculty, staff and graduate students from Texas Tech University and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center through the Lauro Cavazos & Ophelia Powell-Malone Mentoring Program, (Mentor Tech). The program strives to assist the University's retention efforts.
