Pursuing a graduate degree as a staff member can help you to develop your current professional skills or can help you to further your professional goals. Opportunities for graduate study abound at Texas Tech University, including more than 160 Master’s and Doctoral programs as well as more than 50 graduate certificate and non-degree programs.
Many programs offer flexible course delivery options, including online and evening classes.
Texas Tech subsidizes some of the tuition costs for full-time staff members through the Employee Tuition Assistance program (https://www.depts.ttu.edu/opmanual/OP70.29.pdf), and scholarship opportunities are available through the Graduate School and through the Staff Senate.
