The Whitacre College of Engineering is accepting applications for Explore Engineering, a day camp for area high school students interested in learning more about engineering at Texas Tech. Students will be introduced to each engineering discipline, participate in hands-on activities and go on field trips to local engineering facilities in Lubbock. Participating students will commute to campus each day and attend classes to give a real-life college like student experience.
Camp will be Monday, July 27 - Friday, July 31st, 9am - 4:30pm. Cost for the camp $75. Accepting applications for 2015-2016 high school juniors and seniors. Application and camp details can be found at http://www.depts.ttu.edu/coe/undergraduate/explore/.
