As part of maintaining a safe and healthy community that enhances your ability to learn and make well-informed decisions, Texas Tech requires ALL new students (first-year freshmen and transfer students) to complete AlcoholEdu®, an online, interactive course designed to educate you about alcohol and its effects— both physical and mental.
All new students will also be required to complete the companion course, Haven®, designed to educate you about healthy relationships, relationship violence, and sexual assault.
