CAMPUS CRIME ALERT NOTIFICATION
In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the Texas Tech Police Department is giving notice of multiple offenses committed against a single victim.

At approximately 5:12 AM on Sunday, August 23, 2015 Texas Tech Police were dispatched to Murdough Hall to investigate a complaint involving a male student who reported he was the victim of robbery and aggravated assault that occurred at an off-campus residence. The victim reported one of his assailants took several items including the victim's keys. The assailant then left the residence, traveled to campus, entered the victim's dorm room at Murdough Hall, and burglarized the room while the victim was held off-campus against his will. The victim was later forced into a vehicle and transported to Murdough Hall by the suspects who intended to steal additional property.
The victim sustained minor injuries.
Alcohol, drugs and a weapon are alleged to have been involved in the incident.
The Texas Tech Police and the Lubbock Police Department continue to investigate.
