TTPD CASE # 15-2205

At approximately 3:28 AM on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 the Texas Tech Police Department received a report of a Kidnapping and Aggravated Robbery.  A male student reported being approached on-campus in the 2500 block of Main Street by two males who displayed a firearm and forced him into his own vehicle.  The suspects reportedly took the victim's cell phone and forced him to drive around for approximately 1.5 hours and withdraw money from his bank account at ATM machines and look for another vehicle to steal.

The suspects then returned to the campus with the victim and forced him to take them into Sneed Hall with the intent of robbing another student.  The victim alerted the second potential victim and after a brief struggle the suspects fled the building.

At the time of the report, the suspects are believed to have left the campus.
