Apply to become a Social Justice Advocate

Social Justice Advocates (SJAs) are student staff members who will have the opportunity to interact with students in the residence halls through hosting educational programs. SJAs will be able to program around topics such as racism, sexism, classism, ethnocentrism and more. You will have the opportunity to work with Community Advisors, University Student Housing Professional Staff, and more. You will also be able to assist in large scale programming such as Tunnel of Oppression and Hunger Banquet. If you are passionate about equality and or working with students, this is the position for you.

Weekly commitment will not exceed 20 hours. This is an hourly paid position. This position will also be flexible to work with your class schedule. You must be a student to hold this position. However, you do not have to live on campus to hold this position. The application can be found on the TTU human resources website.
